AYSAD MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
Companies operating in the sector and employees of these companies can become members of the Association. The candidacies of real or legal persons who apply for full membership to the Association are approved by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Association’s Board of Directors and enter into force. However, those who want to become members must have the following qualifications:
I– For real persons:
a- Be over 18 years of age and have the right to exercise civil rights.
b- Have adopted the subject purpose specified in Article 3 of the Association’s articles of association, which can be found at www.aysad.org.tr,
c- Be working in a company that provides products and/or services in the elevator sector and has the necessary documents obtained from the authorized authorities indicating that it can do these with sufficient quality,
d- Be recommended by two full members, one of whom must have been a member of the Association for at least five years without interruption, by informing the Association’s Board of Directors in writing.
e- Honorary membership proposal is made by the Board of Directors. Honorary membership must be approved by the General Assembly. The person proposed for Honorary Membership by the Board of Directors must have at least one of the following qualifications:
– Being a founding member,
– Having worked in our Association for at least 5 terms in various positions,
– Having made material and moral contributions to our Association or our sector.
Honorary members do not pay dues to the Association and do not vote in the General Assembly.
II- For legal entities:
To have been established in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code,
a- To be a member of the Chamber of Industry and/or Commerce of the city where it is established,
b- To have adopted the subject purpose specified in Article 3 of the Association’s articles of association,
c- To have been recommended by two full members, one of whom must have been a member of the Association for at least five years without interruption, in addition to informing the Association’s Board of Directors in writing of their desire to become a member,
d- Legal entities (Companies) that are members of the Association must notify the Association of the name of the person who will represent them at least one month before the Ordinary General Assembly.
Real or legal member candidates must sign AYSAD’s membership commitment.
Information and documents required for the first membership:
A. Information and documents requested from the candidate member:
1. Information regarding the reasons for membership request,
2. Petition regarding your membership request,
3. Residence Certificate (RESIDENCE PERMIT)
4. ID Card Copy
5. Educational Status (Primary School-High School-University-Master’s Degree, please indicate in the petition)
6. 3 passport photos.
B. Documents of the Company to which it is affiliated:
1. The purpose of the company,
2. History of the company,
3. Information and documents that introduce and explain its products and services (Company profile, Prospectus, TSE, Product Quality Certificate, etc.)
4. Current Chamber of Commerce Activity Certificate
5. Being recommended by two full members, one of whom must be a member of the association for at least five years without interruption. (Your references must be received as a wet-signed letter.)
Real or legal member candidates must sign AYSAD’s membership commitment.
C. Membership Entry Donation Payment and Membership Fee:
For the year 2019:
– Membership Entry Donation Fee in our association is 3,840.00 (Three thousand eight hundred and forty) TL.
– Monthly Membership Fee payment is 320.00 (Three hundred and twenty) TL.
Note: The second member fee from the same company is 85.00 (Eighty-five) TL.
Required information and documents for second members:
1. Membership application petition (Please indicate your education status in the petition)
2. Written and signed document from the company you work for
3. Copy of ID card
4. Photograph (4 pieces)
5. Residence document (Residence Permit)
